摘要
目的了解农村社区护理对农民患者首诊医院选择的影响,为解决社区护理服务如何满足农民患者的健康需求提供参考依据。方法采用多阶抽样法,利用自编问卷,对样本村年满18岁以上的农村居民进行调查,收集农村社区护理人员的基本情况和护理服务项目对患者首诊医院选择的影响资料。结果农村乡镇医院护理人员职称、专业构成、工作年限因素对其首诊医院选择的影响小,农民患者首诊进社区最在乎的还是医护人员的技术水平(97.39%),其次为服务态度(77.92%);家庭访视是农村居民最期待的服务项目,家庭病床和健康筛检及建档也受到居民的欢迎,分别占92.92%、88.83%、85.85%;而基础护理项目带来的影响较小,仅占30.65%。结论目前农村社区护理人员与城市综合医院护理人员相比,没有职称、专业构成、基础护理技术水平的优势,那么,应在努力做好健康筛检及建档,积极开展家庭访视和家庭病床服务,不断提高服务技术,改善服务态度等方面寻求突破口,使农村社区护理服务对农民患者首诊医院选择产生积极影响。
Objective To understand why the rural community care was the most important thing to influence the famer pa-tient for choosing the hospital, and also it provided a guide for addressing how the service of community care satisfied the rural pa-tient＇ s needs of health. Methods The multistage sampling method and self questionnaire were used to investigate the resident of over 18 years old in the sample countryside. Also it should collect the data of influences on the patient to choose the first diagnos- tic hospital in terms of the basic situation and care service projects of rural community care staffs. Results The elements of posi- tion, professional structure, working tenure had small influenced on the patient to choose the primary hospital. However, the rural patient more cared about the level of techniques （97.39%） and service attitudes （77.92%） of medical workers;the most hopeful service project was home visiting ,also the resident liked the service of home sickbed ,health screening and file creation ,the scale of the three elements were 92.92% ,88.83% and 85.85%. Moreover,the project of basic care brought a small influence, which just occupied 30.65%. Conclusion According to the staff of rural community care compared to the general hospital in the city, it had no strengths in the areas of position, professional structure and technique of basic care. So it was needed to do the health screening and file creation better, also it should pay a more attention to the home visiting and service of home sickbed. If the rural community care wanted to find a other way to improve itself, it needed to improve and change its service technique and service at-titudes, etc. Based on the suggestions above, these can make the positive influences on the service of rural community care for the rural patient to choose the primary hospital.
