摘要
目的观察P120-catenin、VEGF蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,并探讨它们在喉鳞状细胞癌发生、发展中的作用及临床应用价值。方法应用微波-EliVisionTM免疫组织化学检测P120-catenin蛋白、VEGF蛋白分别在80例喉鳞状细胞癌、30例癌旁组织中的表达。结果①P120-catenin、VEGF蛋白与TNM分期、T分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关(P均<0.05),P120-catenin蛋白和VEGF蛋白与分化程度有关(P均<0.05)。②P120-catenin蛋白和VEGF蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论①P120-catenin和VEGF的高表达对喉鳞状细胞癌发生、发展可能起协同作用。②联合检测P120-catenin和VEGF对预测喉鳞状细胞癌浸润转移有重要意义,并可作为判断喉鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的指标。
Objective To detect the expression of P120-catenin,VEGF protein in LSCC and their relation to clinicopathologic characteristics, and to explore their effects and clinical applications in the development, progress in LSCC. Methods Microwarve-EliVisionTM immunhistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P120-catenin,VEGF protein in 80 cases of ISCC ,30 cases of normal tissues besides the tumor. Results ①The expression of P120-catenin,VEGF protein was related to TNM stage,tumor stage,lymph node metastasis and distance metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ). ②The expression of Pl20-catenin, was positive correlation to the expression of VEGF protein( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion ①High expression of P120-eatenin,VEGF protein was cooperated with the development,progress in LSCC. ②Combined detection the expression of P120-eatenin,VEGF protein in LSCC might tbreeast the invasion and metastasis in LSCC,and might be factors to estimate the biologic behavior of LCSS.
