摘要
目的:观察鲨螺硒胶囊(SLX)对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:把免疫低下的小鼠进行分组对照试验。给药7 d后,观察、统计、分析各种对免疫功能有影响的因素。结果:小鼠灌胃鲨螺硒胶囊0.5 g/kg×7 d。(1)可对抗环磷酰胺(CTX)40mg/kg×3 d引起的胸腺、脾脏指数下降,(2)显著地恢复CTX 15 mg/kg×3 d引起的血清溶血素降低,显著地恢复CTX 40 mg/kg×4 d引起的迟发型超敏反应低下;(3)鲨螺硒胶囊1 g/kg×7 d可提高CTX 25 mg/kg×6 d所致免疫低下小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖率。结论:该制剂能增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective： To observe the influence on immunosuppression of Shaluoxi Capsule in the mice, the immunity of which is low. Methods： The test was performed by grouping antitheses. And then observe, count and analyze the influence on immune function in 7 days. Resuhs： （1） The thymus and spleen index decline, caused by the CTX with the concentration of 40 mg/kg for 3 days, can be against in mice with intragastric administration of Shaluoxi Capsule with the concentration of 0.5 g/kg;, （2） The Serum hemolysin decline and low delayed-type hypersensitivity ,caused by CTX with the concentration of 15 mg/kg for 3 days, can be regained in in mice with intragastric administration of Shaluoxi Capsule with the concentration of 0.5 g/kg; （3） The spleen lymphocytes appreciation rate, caused by CTX with the concentration of 25 mg/kg for 6 days,can be improved in mice with intragastric administration of Shaluoxi Capsule with the concentration of 1 g/kg for 7 days.Conclusion：This preparation can enhance immunity is low mice Immunosuppression caused by CTX.
