电针减轻局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织病理损伤的作用机理研究

摘要 目的:探讨电针疗法减轻缺血脑组织病理损伤的可能作用机理。方法:改良线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,电针"百会"、"水沟"、"足三里",通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法半定量测定各组Survivin mRNA的表达。结果:电针组病理改变较相同时相模型组病理改变较轻。相同时相电针组Survivin mRNA的表达比模型组均要高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法可有效减轻缺血脑组织的病理损伤,其作用机理可能与增加缺血脑组织Survivin mRNA的表达有关。 Objective: To explore possible mechanism of electro-acupuncture therapy on reducing ischemic brain injury. Methods: Modified Suture-occluded method was applied for forming focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model; the acupuncture points of Electro-acupuncture were "Baihui", "Shuigou" and "Zusanli"; reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) method was used for semi quantitative determination of serum Survivin mRNA expression. Results: The pathological change in the treatment group was lighter than that model group in the same phase; in the same phase, the Survivin mRNA expression of acupuncture group were higher than that of the model group, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture therapy can provide effect of reducing ischemic brain injury, the mechanism of which may be associated with the increase of Survivin mRNA expression in ischemic brain tissue.
