摘要
工业排放是大气微细粉尘PM2.5的重要来源,是引起肺癌和心肺呼吸道疾病的元凶,同时也是引起灰霾天气、大气能见度下降的主要因素。分析了常规除尘器难治理微细粉尘的原因以及微细粉尘荷电捕集原理,提出了电凝并、转动极板、高频电源、脉冲电源、新型电场本体结构的优化组合式电除尘方案。理论研究与实践表明,这种新型优化组合式电除尘方案能有效提高PM2.5的捕集效率,代表了工业微细粉尘治理的方向,是新一代静电除尘器的低碳环保产品。
Industrial emissions are an important source of atmospheric fine dust,which is the culprit to cause lung cancer and cardio respiratory.It is also the major factor to cause the haze and decline of atmospheric visibility.On the basis of the analysis of defects of conventional precipitators and fine dust charge trapping mechanism,an optimized design of ESP is put forward, that has selectively integrated with coagulation,rotating polar plate,high-frequency power,pulse power,new structure of Electric field.The research and practice show that this new type of electric precipitators can effectively improve the collection efficiency of PM2.5 and represent the direction of industrial fine dust control,to be a low-carbon product as a new generation of electrostatic precipitators.
