摘要
静电收尘板是静电收尘设备中的关键部件。新式ω型高效静电收尘板结构应用了机械动力学、流体力学、静电场力学等技术,属迎风型结构。根据ω型静电收尘板的结构特点,对该结构的收尘机理和收尘效率进行了分析和预测。分析表明ω型静电收尘板具有电场均匀、风速极限高、收尘能力强、效率高等优点。
Precipitating electrode plate is a key part in electrostatic precipitation equipment. A new ω-type electrostatic precipitating electrode structure is introduced in this paper, making use of dynamics, hydromechanics dynamics, electrostatic field technique. The structure is in the set of head-on configuration. The dust collecting principle and efficiency of the ω-type structure are proposed and analyzed .The advantages are pointed out and its new practical usage is cited.
