摘要
目的探讨术前访视对肺癌手术患者焦虑恐惧心理及生命体征的影响。方法将140例肺癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组各70例,对照组患者进行常规术前护理,实验组患者实施完善的术前访视并进行心理干预,通过心电监护及焦虑自评量表,比较两组患者术前焦虑、恐惧及生命体征的变化。结果实验组患者焦虑、恐惧程度及生命体征访视前后差异有统计学意义,与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论术前访视可减轻手术患者的焦虑和恐惧心理,消除疑虑和担心,有助于保持基础生命体征的稳定,使麻醉和手术顺利进行。
Objective To discuss the effect of preoperative visits on anxiety, fears and vital signs of lung cancer patients. Meth- ods 140 lung caner patients were randomly and evenly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group re- ceived only regular preoperative care, and the experimental group received a comprehensive preoperative visit and psychological interven- tion. Through ECG and Self-Rating Anxiety questionnaire, the changes of anxiety, fears and vital signs were compared between the control group and the experimental group. Results There were signifleants differences of anxiety, fears and vital signs between the control group and the experimental group after the treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative visits can relief anxiety and fears of surgical pa- tients and eliminate their doubts and concerns. Therefore, preoperative visits can help to maintain the stability of the basic vital signs so as to make sure anesthesia and surgery to be carried out smoothly.
