摘要
目的探讨护士术前访视对围术期患者心理、生理的影响。方法将300例接受手术治疗的患者分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组进行常规术前护理,观察组患者根据手术特点,结合护理工作特点,选择合适的时间对患者进行访视,并对手术方式、方法及结果等与患者沟通,并进行心理护理。比较两组患者血压、心率、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分。结果两组患者术前1 d血压、心率、SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术前5 min及术后3 d SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术前5 min收缩压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前访视可以缓解患者围术期的焦虑情绪,有助于保持其血压、心率稳定,提高手术安全性,促进其康复,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the influence of nurse preoperative visit on psychology and physiology in perioperative patients.Methods 300 patients undergoing surgical treatment were divided into the observation group and the control group,150 cases in each group.The control group was performed the conventional preoperative nursing,while the observation group was performed the psychological nursing according to the surgical characteristics and combined with the characteristics of nursing work,choosing the right time for interview with patients and communication on operation mode,method and outcomes.Blood pressure,heart rate and SAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results Blood pressure,heart rate and SAS scores on preoperative 1 d had no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The SAS score 5 minutes before operation and on postoperative 3 d in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Systolic blood pressure and heart rate 5 minutes before surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Preoperative visits can ease the patients＇ perioperative anxiety,help to maintain blood pressure and heart rate stability,improve the surgical safety,promote the patients recovery and increase the nursing quality.
