本文首先简要介绍异质结双极晶体管(HBT)的结构和特点,接着评述HBT工艺技术发展现状、单元设计和目前制作的功率HBT的性能。
This paper briefly describes the structure and advantages of HBT,and then reviews the status of HBT technology development,HBT cell design and the characteristics of power HBT fabricated at present.
