摘要
采用失重法、电化学方法、金相显微镜等技术,研究了常温下不同石墨相铸铁在不同浓度HCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,石墨形态为中心A型边缘D型的灰铸铁试样的耐腐蚀性最好;白口铸铁由于含较多的碳化物,其电位高于基体金属,易形成微电池效应,耐酸腐蚀性最差。极化曲线测试与腐蚀失重试验结果一致。
The corrosion behaviors of various cast iron with different graphite shape were investigated in HC1 solution at room temperature by weight losses and electrochemical techniques. The microstmcture and composition of the tested samples were investigated by microscope. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the gray cast iron sample with graphite morphology of the center A-type and the edge D-type is better than others. The corrosion resistance of white iron is worst because its potential is higher than the base metal, easy to form micro-battery effect. The results of the polarization curves are in concordance with the results of weight loss test.
