摘要
根据电液伺服控制系统测试试验的要求,结合武器系统自身的特点和功能需求,应用现代控制理论、计算机辅助测试技术、模块化设计等理论与技术,设计出了一套电液伺服控制系统测试试验台,给出了该试验台的总体设计方案,介绍了液压伺服系统原理与测控系统的软、硬件构成,并探讨了试验台的扩展性及后续开发功能。
According to the testing requirements of electrohydraulic servo control system, combined with the characteristics and functional requirements of weapon system, by applying some main theories and technologies include modem control theory, computer aided test and modular design, a testbed for electrohydraulic servo control system is designed, and the overall design scheme of the testbed is given. Meanwhile, the hydraulic ser vo system and the structure of software and hardware for the measurement and control system are introduced, besides, the expansibility and subsequent development function of the tes-tbedare discussed.
