摘要
目的 :观察针刺理疗结合消痛膏外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将100例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组用针刺理疗结合消痛膏外敷治疗,对照组用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。治疗组隔日1次,7次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,对照组每周1次,5次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。3个月后观察临床疗效,比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛及关节活动评分。结果 :治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94.0%、90.0%,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组治疗前后疼痛程度评分分别为4.15±1.33、5.54±1.22;关节活动评分分别为3.78±0.56、4.12±0.62,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 :针刺理疗结合消痛膏外敷是治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效方法。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaotong Plaster on treating knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods ： 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with Xiaotong Plaster, and control group with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The treatment group was treated every other day, 7 times for 1 course, and lasted for 2 courses. The control group was treated once a week, 5 times for 1 course, and lasted for 1 course. After 3 months, observation of clinical efficacy was made to compare the pain and joint activity scores in 2 groups before and after treatment. Results ： The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 94% and 90%, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The pain severity scores in treatment group and control group were 4.15 ± 1.33 and .5.54 ± 1.22; joint activity scores were 3.78 ± 0.56 and 4.12 ± 0.62, there were significant differences between two groups （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture therapy combined with Xiaoton~ Plaster is an effective treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
