摘要
目的:评价保健食品杞圆桂花膏抗疲劳、耐缺氧的相关功能学,为杞圆桂花膏的进一步开发提供科学依据.方法:采用小鼠游泳实验观察杞圆桂花膏的抗疲劳作用,并测定血清乳酸、尿素及肝糖原的含量;建立小鼠常压耐缺氧及小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧实验模型,观察杞圆桂花膏的耐缺氧作用.结果:杞圆桂花膏能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高游泳疲劳小鼠肝糖原的含量,增加糖原储备,降低血乳酸和尿素含量,缓解体力疲劳;同时,杞圆桂花膏分别延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的死亡时间和小鼠断头所致的喘气时间,增加张口次数,对抗缺血缺氧.结论:杞圆桂花膏具有一定的抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用.
Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of Qiyuan-Guihua extract, and provide scientific evidence for futher exploitation of Qiyuan-Guihua extract. Method: Swimming test in mice is used to observe the anti-fatigue effect of Qiyuan-Guihua extract, and then the serum levels of lactic'acid and urea as well as the liver glycogen are determined. Furthermore, the anti-hypoxia effect of Qiyuan-Guihua extract is evaluated by normobaric hypoxia test and acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia model in mice. Result: Qiyuan-Guihua extract could obviously enhance' the loaded swimming time, increase the contents of liver glycogen and glycogen reserves~ decrease the levels of lactic acid and urea, alleviate physical fatigue. Meanwhile, prolonged survival time and gasp time are observed in normobaric hypoxia mice and cerebral ischemic mice treated with Qiyuan-Guihua extract respectively. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that the Qiyuan-Guihua extract possesses good anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects.
