摘要
目的:观察复方刺五加片缓解体力疲劳作用,考察量效关系与时效关系,明确最佳给药剂量与用药时间。方法:采用小鼠负重游泳建立持续运动所致疲劳模型,设立空白组,人参口服液组,复方刺五加片低、高剂量组,通过检测各组小鼠力竭时间、血清乳酸脱氢酶含量及尿素氮水平等指标,进行本品在缓解体力疲劳功能方面的药效学研究,阐明复方刺五加片对该适应症的量效关系及时效关系,明确最佳给药剂量与用药时间。结果:随着用药时间的延长,复方刺五加片低、高剂量组相继出现显著的药效作用,呈现一定的时效关系。复方刺五加片高剂量组起效时间最短,复方刺五加片低剂量组起效时间次之,随着给药剂量的增加,起效时间缩短,呈现良好的量效关系。综合考量游泳力竭时间、血清乳酸脱氢酶含量及血清尿素氮水平等指标,如果每日服用0.32g/kg,应服用21d左右达到良好的治疗效果;如果每日服用0.48g/kg,应服用14d左右达到良好的治疗效果。结论:复方刺五加片具有显著的缓解体力疲劳作用,并呈现良好的量效关系与时效关系。
Objective:To observe the effect of Fufang Ciwujia Tablets on relieving physical fatigue,investigate the relationship between dose-effect and aging,and determine the optimal dose and time of administration.Methods:Fatigue model was established by mouse swimming with a heavy burden caused by continuous movement,and then they were divided into the blank group,Ginseng Oral Liquid positive medicine group,the Fufang Ciwujia Tablets of low dose and high dose group.By detecting the exhaustion time,serum lactate dehydrogenase and urea nitrogen level indicators,such as for this product in alleviating physical fatigue function of pharmacodynamics research,Fufang Ciwujia Tablets concentration-response relationship and the limitation of the indications was expounded,and the best drug dosage and duration was determined.Results:With the prolongation of the time of administration,the low dose and high dose groups of Fufang Ciwujia Tablets showed significant pharmacodynamic effects,showing a certain aging relationship.The effect time of Fufang Ciwujia Tablets was the shortest in the high-dose group,followed by the low-dose group.With the increase of the dose,the effect time was shortened,showing a good dose-effect relationship.After comprehensive consideration of swimming exhaustion time,serum lactate dehydrogenase and serum urea nitrogen levels,if 0.32g/kg was taken daily,it should be taken for about 21 days to achieve a good therapeutic effect.If you took 0.48g/kg daily,you should take it for 14 days to achieve a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion:Fufang Ciwujia Tablets has a significant effect on relieving physical fatigue,and shows a good dose-effect relationship with aging relationship.
