摘要 目的综述国内外生物技术专业的最新进展及发展趋势,为我军生物技术专业发展寻求突破方向和理论依据。方法分别通过Pubmed及CHKD进行近5年来相关专业英文及中文文献检索,结合文献对国内外生物技术专业的现状和发展趋势进行分析、归纳及总结。结果生物技术在医疗卫生、农业、环保、轻化工、食品保健等重要领域对改善人类健康状况及生存环境、提高农牧业以及工业的产量与质量都正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前生物技术已经成为现代科技研究和开发的重点。生物技术在包括基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程和蛋白质工程等领域取得巨大进展。我军在基因工程疫苗和基因工程制药方面取得成果,获得10余种新药证书。结论随着生物科学及相关学科的发展,生物技术将会在越来越多的领域发挥重要作用。我军应抓住机遇,转变思路,改进方法,在生物技术领域取得更高成果。 Objective To Summarize domestic and foreign biotechnology professional latest progress and trends and seek a breakthrough in the direction and theoretical basis for the professional development of military biotechnology. Methods English and Chinese related literature in the past five years were searched through Pubmed and CHKD re- spectively,status quo and development trend of domestic and foreign biotechnology combined with professional literature were analyzed, summarized and concluded. Results Biotechnology in the important areas such as health, agriculture, environmental protection, light industry, food, health care, improvements in human health and the living environment and the yield and quality of agriculture and animal husbandry as well as industry are playing an increasingly important role. Biotechnology has become the focus of the research and development of modern science and technology. Biotechnol- ogy made tremendous progress in the field of genetic engineering, cell engineering, enzyme engineering, fermentation en- gineering and protein engineering. Achievements of PLA in genetically engineered vaccines and genetically engineered pharmaceuticals have got more than 10 kinds of new drug certificates. Conclusion With the development of biological science and related disciplines, biotechnology will play an important role in a growing number of areas. The military should seize the opportunity to change our thinking and improve methods for higher achievements in the field of biotech- nology development.
