摘要 学习方式关注的是"怎么学"的问题。迄今为止,对于学习的理论解释主要有三种,即行为主义、认知心理学和社会文化发展理论。尽管三种理论的关注点有所不同,但各有其合理性。综合三种理论可以归纳出学习的特征:(1)从学习的过程看,主要包括三种形式,即条件反射的建立、儿童的操作活动及儿童与他人的社会相互作用;(2)从学习的结果看,既包括心理上(经验、认知结构、情感等)的发展,又包括行为上的改变。影响幼儿学习的因素主要包括条件反射的形成特点及幼儿心理发展的年龄特征。适合幼儿的学习方式主要有三种,即观察比较、操作体验和同伴合作。 Learning style focuses on the problem of "how to learn". So far, there have been three kinds of explanations for learning theory, namely behaviorism, cognitive psychology and socio-culture development theory. Despite the concerns of the three theories are different, each has its own rationality. From the theories we can summarize the learning characteristics. Firstly, from the learning process we can see three forms, which are the establishment of conditioned reflex, the operating activities of children and children interacting with others in the community. Secondly, the results of learning not only include psychological development, but also include changes in behaviors. Experience, cognitive structure, emotion are all psychological. The main factors which influence children's learning are including the formation characteristics of the conditioned reflex and the age characteristic of infant psychological development. There are three main ways suitable for young children's learning, namely, observation comparison, operation experience and peer cooperation.
