摘要
建设征地移民安置是工程建设的重要组成部分,移民安置规划设计工作关系到工程顺利进行和建设征地区的社会稳定。为了优化建设征地移民安置规划设计工作的管理方法,结合移民安置工作的内容及特点,将项目管理的理论和方法应用于建设征地移民安置规划设计工作中。通过应用案例可以看出,项目管理方法在提高移民安置工作的费用、进度、质量管理水平及组织协调能力等方面发挥发了显著作用。
Immigrant resettlement in construction land requisition is an important part of the project construction, and the de- sign of the resettlement plan is a significant factor that influences the smooth operation of the project and the society stability of lo- cal area. For optimizing the management level of resettlement plan and design, we apply the theory and method of project man- agement in the resettlement plan design of construction land requisition according to the content and characteristics of immigrant resettlement. Through the application example, the investment, progress and quality control level of the immigrant resettlement, as well as the organizational and coordination ability can be improved by the project management method.
