摘要
介绍新条例、新规范和新的安置方式出台背景下,编制阿海水电站移民安置规划采用的主要技术路线和技术内容,对其中突出的问题进行了分析和梳理,对相关工作经验进行了总结。
The resettlement plan of Ahai Hydropower Station is formulated on the conditions of new regulation, new specification and new policy which issued by governments. Main technical route and contexts for preparing the plan are introduced, and the experiences and problems are also summarized and analyzed herein.
