摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展和移民维权意识的不断加强,移民安置工作面临着更多新的问题和挑战。目前,我国移民工作主要存在着政策、法规、标准不统一,前期工作不完善,缺乏有效的实施组织管理和移民安稳致富难等问题。从勘测规划设计单位的角度,分析了我国水利水电工程建设征地移民安置工作中存在的问题及产生原因,并结合工作实践提出了解决问题的对策。
Along with quick social and economical development and increasing awareness of rights - protection of immigrants, the resettlement of immigrants faces more new problems and challenges. At present, some problems still exist in the resettlement work in China, including varieties of policies, law - regulations and standards, imperfect preliminary work, lack of effective im- plementation organization and difficulties in becoming rich for immigrant. We analyze the causes of the problems in resettlement of land acquisition for hydropower project construction under new situation from the view of a design unit and put forward the countermeasures for solving the problems in the combination of work practice.
