摘要
以14.7 tex 40/30/20/10精梳棉/粘胶/黑竹炭/羊毛针织纱为例,介绍了黑竹炭纤维的性能特点,混纺纱的工艺流程以及在纺纱过程中应该注意的问题。利用混纺针织纱制成的面料,光泽自然明亮,手感柔软,悬垂性好,透气舒适爽身,健康环保。
Taking 14.7tex 40/30/20/10 combed cotton/Viscose/black bamboo charcoal/wool blended knitting yam as an example, the paper introduces the performance characters of black bamboo charcoal fiber, the process flow of the blended yam and the attentions in spinning process. The fabric made of the blended knitting yam features nature bright luster, soft feel, good drapability, comfortable air permeatility and healthy environmental protection.
