摘要
为了顺利开发有机棉/珍珠纤维70/30 14.6 tex混纺纱,确保成纱质量,针对各种纤维的特性,在纺纱中采取了相应的工艺技术措施,包括优化工艺配置,控制温湿度,选用合适纺纱器材。经测试,该针织纱多项质量指标均达到同细度精梳纯棉优等纱水平。
To develop 70/30 14.6 tex organic cotton/pearl fiber blended yarn and guarantee the yarn quality, relative processing measures including optimizing process technology, controlling temperature and humidity and selecting suitable spinning apparatus are adopted in spinning based on the properties of different fibers. And the test shows various quality indexes of this made knitting yarn reach the same level of fine tex combed pure cotton yarn.
