摘要
为了解决门式起重机抗风防滑能力检测困难的问题,研制开发了一套模拟风载荷的检测装置。检测装置通过传感器采集信号,显示器显示加载的载荷和起重机的加速度,实时检测起重机的状态。检测装置充分考虑不同环境和用途的特点,使用灵活、方便、实时性强。
To solve the difficulty in detecting the wind resistance and anti-skidding capability of gantry crane, a detec- tion device for simulating wind load is researched and developed. The device is used for real-time detection of the crane sta- tus, with sensor collecting signals, and display showing the load and acceleration of the crane. The detection device is flexible and convenient for use and strong in real-time processing with full consideration of different circumstances and purposes.
