摘要
分析了起重机大车行走机构制动器选择满足设计规范中起重机工作状态抗风防滑安全性要求与起重机实际作业过程中对制动器制动力要求偏小之间的矛盾,提出了起重机工作状态下抗风防滑性要求的计算新方法,基于此法设计出一种新型轨行式起重机动态防风安全装置,进行了该新型防风安全装置的防风制动能力试验。
This paper analyzes the contradiction between the anti-wind anti-skidding security requirement under crane working state specified in the design specification and smaller braking force requirements during the actual crane operating process.The new calculation method for anti-wind anti-skidding requirements under crane working state is put forward.Based on this method,a new dynamic anti-wind safety device for the rail-mounted crane is designed,and the anti-wind braking ability test for this new anti-wind safety device is carried out.
