摘要
目的探讨中药配方颗粒辨证施治对肿瘤患者化疗后重度呕吐的治疗作用。方法 60例肿瘤患者化疗后出现重度呕吐,化疗第2个周期给予中药配方颗粒口服,记录并比较患者第1和第2个周期化疗后呕吐程度。结果第1个周期和第2个周期化疗后呕吐平均评分值分别为3.47和2.20(P>0.05),根据呕吐评分判定:显效23例(38%),有效18例(30%),无效19例(32%)。结论中药配方颗粒辨证施治对肿瘤患者化疗后重度呕吐疗效较好。
Objective To study Chinese medicinal granules on severe vomiting after chemotherapy.Methods 60 cases of cancer patients,who had severe vomiting after chemotherapy,were given TCM formula granules during the second chemotherapy cycle.Record and compare the severity of vomiting after chemotherapy in patients during the first and second cycle.Results The average vomiting score after the first and second cycle of chemotherapy were 3.47 and 2.20（P0.05）.According to the vomiting score,significantly effective 23 cases（38%）,effective 18 cases（30%）,ineffective 19 cases（32%）.Conclusion TCM formula granules differential treatment has a good therapeutic effect on patients with severe vomiting after chemotherapy.
