Cofilin在肿瘤中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 丝切蛋白(Cofilin)是一种低分子量(21KD)的肌动蛋白结合蛋白,普遍存在于真核生物中。Cofilin的活性受多种因素的调节而发挥着不同的作用,近年来关于cofilin在恶性肿瘤中的表达作用受到了很大的关注,肿瘤细胞中Cofilin表达异常,与肌动蛋白形成复合物改变细胞的正常功能。
