摘要
入世后,保税区的政策优势弱化、优势缩减,保税区面临发展方向问题。文章分析了我国保税区发展的现状,结合宁波保税区发展的绩效和发展障碍分析,指出保税区的未来在于向自由贸易园区转型,其转型目标模式是综合型自由贸易园区。
The policy advantages of bonded areas are gradually weakening since China has become a member of the WTO, and bonded areas are faced with the problem of development orientation. This paper analyzes the development, achievements and the problems of Ningbo Bonded Area and points out that the future of Bonded Areas in China lies in the transformation to free trade zone and its model should be the comprehensive free trade zone.
