摘要
文章在分析宁波保税经济区发展与演变的基础上,从现代化国际港口城市、长三角南翼经济中心、国际深水枢纽港、集装箱远洋干线港以及区域产业升级方面论述了建立宁波自由贸易区的必要性,从区位、港口基础、物流枢纽、经济腹地和城市综合实力方面阐述了建立宁波自由贸易的有利条件,认为宁波自由贸易区的核心功能宜定位为国际中转、国际配送、国际采购和国际转口贸易。
Based on an analysis of the development of Ningbo Bonded Area, this article explores the necessity of setting up a free trade zone in Ningbo from the perspectives of constructing a modern international port, an economic center in the southern wing of the Changjiang River Delta, an international deep 2 water hub port, a pivot port of container ocean- shipping and the upgrading of the regional economy. It also elaborates the Ningbo＇s advantages of building a free trade zone, such as superior geographical location, port facilities, logistic hub, economic hinterland and comprehensive competitiveness of the city. It is concluded in the paper that the core functions of the free trade zone should center on transfer, delivery, purchase and entrepot trade.
