摘要
目的:揭示高血压病气虚血瘀证和肝阳上亢证"同病异证"的现代生物学基础。方法:建立高血压病气虚血瘀证和肝阳上亢证细胞模型,利用双向凝胶电泳(2-DE)技术筛选差异表达的蛋白点。结果:高血压病气虚血瘀证与肝阳上亢证比较,差异蛋白有27个,其中,有11个蛋白上调,16个蛋白质下调。结论:基于双向电泳技术的蛋白质组学方法可以用于中医学证侯研究,27个差异蛋白点可能是高血压病气虚血瘀证和肝阳上亢证同病异证重要分子基础。
Objective: To reveal modem biological basis of hypertension's Qi deficiency blood stasis(QDBS) and Liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome 'same disease but different syndromes'. Methods: Establishing hypertension's QDBS and Liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome cell models, using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) to screen differentially expressed protein spots. Results: There were 27 differential protein spots between QDBS and Liver Yang hyperactivity syndromes. Among them, 11 protein spots upregulated, and 16 protein spots down regulated. Conclusion: 2-DE based proteomics approach could be used in syndrome research, and these 27 different proteins spots maybe the biological basis of hypertension' s Qi deficiency blood stasis (QDBS) and Liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome 'same disease but different syndromes'.
