摘要
目的探究天麻钩藤饮治疗H型高血压的疗效及其对血流变学及同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月收治的H型高血压患者90例,采用随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗方案;治疗组在对照组的基础上,采用天麻钩藤饮进行干预治疗,2组患者均治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗后临床总有效率、血压改善情况、血流变学及同型半胱氨酸水平。结果经治疗,治疗组患者临床总有效率为86.67%(39/45),对照组患者临床总有效率为68.89%(31/45),治疗组较对照组改善明显,2组结果具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者血压改善更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者2组患者血流变学及同型半胱氨酸水平降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮具有平肝潜阳之功效,可以有效降低血压,降低血流变学指标和同型半胱氨酸水平,改善临床症状,取得较好的临床疗效,故值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Tianma Goouteng drink on H-type hypertension and its effect on blood theology and homoeysteine levels. Methods 90 patients with H-type hypertension admitted to neurology department of our hospital from January 2016 to Janual7 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the table of random number, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Tianma Gouteng drink on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The total clinical effective rate, blood pressure improvement, hemorheology and homoeysteine level was compared Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of experimental group and control group were 86.67% and 68.89%, respectively. The treatment group was significantly improved comparing with the control group, and the results of the two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05） . After treatment, the improvement of blood pressure in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05） . The decrease in hemorheology and homoeysteine level in the experimental group was more significant than that in control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink hasthe effect of eahning liver and suppressing liver-yang. Tianma Gouteng drink can effectively reduce blood pressure, lower blood rheology and hoinoeysteine levels, improve clinical syinptoins, and better clinical efficacy has been achieve, so it is worthy of clinical application.
