摘要
目的:观察清肺平喘补肾颗粒对支气管哮喘中度持续且属肺热痰伏肾虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照多中心的临床试验设计,选取哮喘病情严重程度分级属于中度持续,且中医证型符合肺热痰伏肾虚证的患者141例,其中试验组70例,对照组71例。对照组吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉剂50μg/250μg,每日2吸;试验组则加用清肺平喘补肾颗粒,口服,每日1包。疗程为12周。观察中医症状体征积分、哮喘生命质量评分、哮喘控制水平、FEVI占预计值百分比(FEV1%)的变化。结果:①从第10周起,试验组的中医症状体征积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组有效率为(94.29%)高于对照组(84.51%)(P<0.01)。②第12周时试验组患者生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。③治疗结束时试验组哮喘控制率(78.57%)高于对照组(50.70%)(P<0.01)。④治疗后两组患者的FEV1%均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),但两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:清肺平喘补肾颗粒能明显改善哮喘中度持续且证属肺热痰伏肾虚患者的临床症状和中医症候,能明显提高哮喘患者的生命质量和哮喘控制水平。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of the Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules treating on 141 cases of asthma moderate duration and Lung-heat sputum with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： A randomized, parallel-group, multi- center clinical trial was conducted in 141 cases of asthma moderate duration and Lung-heat sputum with kidney deficiency syndrome （experimental group 70 and control group 71 cases）. The control group was treated with salmeterol/fluticasone （501ag/250gg） one inhale bid, while the experimental group was added with oral Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules, one bag bid, lasting for 12 weeks. Observed the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs scores, Asthma quality of life questionnaire （AQLQ）, control level of asthma and the forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1%） predicted. Results： @since the 10th week, the TCM symptoms and signs scores of the experimental group was lower than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） .TCM comprehensive evaluation indicates effective rate of experimental group was 94.29% while in the control group was 84.51%, the difference was stafistically significant （P〈0.01）. @The AQLQ scores in experimental group was higher than the control group in the 12th week （P〈0.01）. （~）After treatment, the asthma control rate in the experimental group was 78.57%, while in the control group was 50.70%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. @After treatment, the FEVI% predicted of both groups were improved, compared within groups before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.01）, but no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The trim confirmed that Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptoms and life quality, and increase asthma control level in asthma moderate duration patients.
