摘要
目的:研究CA125、CA153、CA199在卵巢癌血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液中的表达情况,探讨其在卵巢癌及其转移早期诊断中的作用。方法:采用电化学发光法检测卵巢癌患者血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液和正常对照血清、腹腔冲洗液中CA125、CA153、CA199的表达情况。结果:(1)卵巢癌血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液中及淋巴结中的CA125、CA153、CA199表达水平明显增高,与正常对照组差异显著(P<0.01);(2)Logistic回归分析显示:血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液中的CA125、CA153、CA199表达情况对卵巢癌及其微转移早期诊断均有一定的判别意义,其中血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液中的CA125的判别意义最大;(3)随着卵巢癌手术病理分期期别的增加,CA125表达率也显著升高(P<0.01),提示与卵巢癌侵袭、转移的恶性生物学行为有关。结论:通过测定患者血清、腹水或腹腔冲洗液中CA125、CA153、CA199表达情况,对卵巢癌及其转移早期诊断有较好的诊断意义。
Objective： To study the expression of CA125, CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid, explore the value of three tumor markers in ovarian cancer and the early diagnosis of its metastasis.Methods ： Electrochemiluminescence method was used to respectively detect the levels of CA 125, CA 153 and CA 199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid both in patients with ovarian cancer and the normal control group.Results： （1）The levels of CA125, CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in normal control group（P〈0.01）.（2）The regression analysis of Logistic showed that the expression of CA125, CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid all had some distinguish significance to diagnose ovarian cancer and the early diagnosis of its metastasis, especially CA125.（3）The rate of CA125 expression was obviously raised up, following pathological stages of ovarian cancer operation increased.It prompted the rate was related with the malignant biological behaviour of invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Conclusion： It is significant to diagnose ovarian cancer and early diagnosis of its metastasis by detecting CA125, CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid in patients.
