摘要
分析了3种中性点接地系统的优缺点和2种中性点电阻接地系统对运行的影响,提出适合石化企业特点的中性点电阻接地方案和继电保护配置,并结合工程实际计算了合适的中性点接地电阻值。
The paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of three neutral point grounding system and the impact of two neutral point resistance grounding systems on operation. It proposes scheme of neutral point re- sistance grounding and relaying protection configuration in accordance with characteristic of petrochemical enterprises and figures out the appropriate neutral point earth resistance value in combination with engineering practices.
