摘要
结合县级供电企业特点成立安顺局第一家县级集控中心，显出了人员紧缺，工作流程繁琐，重复等问题，提出了调控一体化的运作模式作为试点。
The first county centralized control center of anshun power supply bureau was establish with the characteristic of county - lev- el power supply enterprises, which the problems of staff shortage, complicated working process and repetition were showed. And it pres- ented that the operation mode of regulate and control integration be as pilot.
