高血压患者胱抑素、血脂、胆红素之间关系的初步探讨

摘要 目的探讨胱抑素、胆红素和血脂与高血压的关系以及血脂、胆红素与胱抑素之间的关系。方法选取105例高血压病人,同时选取105例非高血压病人作为对照组,对两组的胱抑素、胆红素及血脂进行分析。结果高血压组胱抑素(Cys-C)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和总胆红素(TB)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时采用多元线性回归分析,结果表明两组胱抑素均与年龄正相关(P<0.05),与胆红素、血脂不相关。结论胱抑素对评估高血压病人预后有意义,但对于老年高血压病人的预后评估有一定局限性。 Objective To explore the relationship among serum cystatin C,lipid and bilirubin in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 105 patients with essential hypertension and 105 non-hypertensive patients as controls were enrolled.The levels of serum cystatin C,lipid and bilirubin were compared,and their relationships were analyzed.Results Serum cystatin C(Cys-C),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglycerides(TG)were higher in hypertensive patients than those in controls(P0.05),but high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and bilirubin(TB)were lower(P0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that cystatin C was positively correlated with age(P0.05),but no correlation was observed among cystatin C,lipid and bilirubin in two groups.Conclusion Serum cystatin C is meaningful to assess the prognosis of patients with hypertension,but it has limited value in evaluation of the elder hypertensive patients.
