摘要
以模拟的甲醇转化制烯烃(MTO)废弃催化剂SAPO-34分子筛为铝源和磷源,通过补加硅源(硅溶胶)和模板剂(四丙基氢氧化铵),直接合成具有高品质小晶粒PZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM对合成样品进行了表征,并将其作为催化剂用于甲醇转化制丙烯反应(MTP)。考察了SAPO-34分子筛用量对PZSM-5分子筛结构、粒径大小、形貌和甲醇转化制烯烃催化性能的影响。结果表明,随着SAPO-34分子筛用量减小,合成的PZSM-5分子筛结晶度逐渐升高、粒径逐渐减小;小晶粒PZSM-5分子筛对甲醇的转化率为100%,产物中丙烯和乙烯的质量分数分别为42.17%、5.87%,二者的质量比为7.18。
PZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized successfully in a one-step synthesis with tetrapropylammonium hydroxide as template,silica solution as silica source and varying amount of SAPO-34 as aluminum source and phosphor source,respectively,and characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The synthesized PZSM-5 samples were used as the catalyst in reaction of methanol conversion to propylene (MTP).The effects of SAPO-34 amount in PZSM-5 synthesis on the structure,particle size and morphology of the zeolite crystals,and MTP catalytic performance of PZSM-5 were investigated.The results revealed that PZSM-5 synthesized with different amount of SAPO-34 had different morphology and particle size.With the amount of SAPO-34 decreasing,the crystallinity of synthesized PZSM-5 zeolites increased and the particle size decreased.The methanol conversion to olefin over the PZSM-5 zeolite was 100%,the mass fractions of propylene and ethylene in the products were 42.17%,5.87% respectively,and the mass ratio of propylene to ethylene was 7.18.
