摘要
带式输送机是煤矿井下生产系统中应用最多的一种连续运输设备。采用以PLC为核心的集散控制系统对带式输送机进行控制和各种保护,并用装有力控组态软件的上位机远程监测带式输送机的运行状况。它较好地解决了工业控制领域中普遍关心的可靠性、安全性等问题。
The production of belt conveyor underground is most widely used system in a continuous transportation equipment. The decision using distributed control system with programmable logic controller as the core to control cluster of belt conveyors and making use of power control configuration software installed in PC for remote monitoring is made. It solves problems on reliablility,security and other issues satisfactorily.
