摘要
依据现场操作人员的控制经验 ,设计一种由PLC和变频器实现的模糊恒压供水控制系统 ,克服了传统PID控制设计中的参数调整困难的问题 ,该系统取代了高位水塔和直接水泵加压供水方式 。
This paper presents the design of a constant water supply system under fuzzy control performed by PLC and a frequency converter. The system is designed on the on site operators' experience, which can solve the problem exsisting in the parameter adjustment in the courses of the traditional PID control. The system can replace the water supply mode performed by a perch water tower and water pump, which effectuates the direct water pressure. The application has proved to be very effective for saving on energy.
