摘要
提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC以及Profibus和MODBUS的煤矿主扇风机分布式自动监控系统的设计方案,给出了该系统的硬件结构和PLC的软件结构。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现通风机的远程监控以及无人值守,提高了主扇风机系统的自动化程度和运行可靠性。
A design scheme of main ventilator distributed automatic monitoring system based on S7- 300 PLC,Profibus and MODBUS was proposed, then the hardware structure of the system, the software structure of PLC. The actual application showed that the system can realize remote monitoring and control, and improves automatic degree and reliable running of main ventilator.
