摘要 为了改善煤矿井下供电系统人工控制的现状,设计了一种基于PLC、工业以太网及串行总线通信技术的煤矿井下电力监控系统,集成不同型号的开关,设计了通信速率匹配模块和CAN转485通信模块,并采用WinCC组态软件设计了友好的人机界面,实现了井下配电的远程在线监测与控制,提高了井下电力监控的自动化水平。 To change the manual control situation of the existing power supply system in some underground collieries,a power monitoring system was designed based on PLC,industrial ethernet and serial bus communication technology.The system integrated various models of switch and contained the communication rate matching module and communication module transferring CAN to 485,as well as has friendly human-machine interface designed by WinCC configuration software,thus the remote online monitoring of underground power distribution was achieved,and the automation level of underground power monitoring was improved.
