摘要
针对目前充填工作面配套使用的带式转载机移动频繁、运量小、可靠性差等问题,研发设计一种新型自移式带式转载机。通过对DZY100/30S带式转载机的结构布置和设计中关键问题进行综合分析,介绍该设备主要技术参数和性能特点。实现充采均衡协调发展,为我国充填开采提供理想的配套设备。
According to the present filling mining use of belt loader moving frequently, small capacity, low reliability and other issues, a new self-propelled belt Loader is researched and designed. Through DZY100/30S belt loader structure arrangement and key problems in design of comprehensive being analyzed, the main technical parameters and performance characteristics are introduced. To achieve filling and extraction balanced and coordinated development, an ideal equipment for our fill mining is provided.
