摘要
为解决现代掘进机在煤矿安全高效生产方面应用的技术难题,提出了一种基于STM32的掘进机控制系统的设计方案。该系统具有掘进机综合保护功能和标准外围设备接口,系统使用Modbus作为通信协议,与传统基于PLC的控制系统相比,系统硬件结构简单、功耗低、兼容性好,本安电源工作负荷小,为进一步研发设计新型多功能一体化掘进机奠定基础。
To solve technology bottleneck of modem boring machines application in safety and efficient production of coal mine, this paper proposes design of control system of boring machine based on STM32. The system consists of comprehensive protection function of boring machine and the standard peripheral interface and it uses Modbus as communication protocol. Comparing with traditional control system based on PLC, the system with simple hardware structure, low power consumption and light intrinsic safe power workload can lay foundation of further research and design of new multi-functional integrated boringmachine.
