摘要
针对煤矿机械中十字轴式万向节在使用过程中的断裂问题,运用UG建立了十字轴的三维实体模型,根据其实际工作状态,利用ANSYS13.0对十字轴进行了有限元分析,确定了十字轴应力和应变的分布规律,同时对其进行了优化,优化后可使十字轴的应力、应变有较大的改善,为今后改进此类结构提供了设计依据。
The cross shaft type universal joint of coal coal Mine Machinery were easily crack. 3-D Solid model and finite element models and meshes of cross shaft were established and analyzed by finite element analysis using ANSYS13.0, Determine distributions of stress and strain of cross shaft. Then the cross shaft was optimized in ANSYS software. The stress and strain of cross shaft has greatly improved by optimization and provid theoretical foundation for design and count.
