摘要
针对液压支架推移机构在井下的3种常见工况,利用Pro/E三维软件和其自带的有限元分析模块Pro/M进行三维建模和有限元分析,得出推移杆最大应力和变形量及其存在的危险部位,有利于提高推移机构的可靠性和寿命。
Utilizing Pro/E 3D software and Pro/M which is finite element analysis module of Pro/E, set up the three- dimensional model and analyze the advancing mechanism. From the analysis results, get maximum stress , maximum displacement and dangerous parts of relay bar, and improve the life and reliability of advancing mechanism.
