摘要
云南大理某铜铅矿原矿含铜0.59%、含铅2.38%、含银41.61 g/t,铜的氧化率70%、铅的氧化率72%,是一个含硫化铅、硫化铜的混合矿。采用"混合浮选铜铅硫化矿—铜铅分离"工艺流程浮选回收该矿样中的硫化铜和硫化铅矿物,在硫化铜铅分离时用新型组合抑制剂来抑制方铅矿得到了较好的分离效果,经过闭路试验获得的硫化铜精矿铜品位28.05%、铜回收率24.17%、含银1 788.70 g/t,硫化铅精矿铅品位64.54%、铅回收率36.93%、含银479.60 g/t。
A ore sample containing 2.38% Pb and 0.59% Cu with oxidation ratio of copper and lead being 72% and 70% respectively, belongs to mixed ore. A flowsheet of bulk flotation of copper and lead sulphide minerals was adopted followed by separation of copper and lead minerals to recover copper and lead. A new type of combination depressant was applied in the separation of copper and lead sulphide minerals, and good separation efficiency was achieved finally. Concentrate of copper and lead were obtained by the closed-circuit test, copper concentrate containing 28.05% Cu and 1788.70 g/t Ag at recovery of 24.17% Cu, and lead concentrate assaying 64.54% Pb and 479.60 g/t Ag at recovery of 36.93% Pb.
