摘要
面向订单生产、设计的铸造企业,在生产中往往存在库存生产或者说备件生产的情况,而仅仅支持客户订单的生产管理系统难以应对这种管理需求,且更难应对客户订单变更所带来的业务处理需求。为此,本文提出了订单生产和备件生产的兼容模型,开发了相应的生产管理兼容模块,并在某铸造企业得以应用。结果表明,该模块能明显改善企业的备件管理问题。
A compatible model combined order production and spare parts production has been proposed with a compatible management system developed, which has been put in use in a foundry enterprise, resulting in that the compatible model could obviously deal with management problems about both order and spare parts of the enterprise.
