Approach to Job Shop Scheduling Based on Customization

摘要 以某离散型制造企业为对象,建立了一种基于客户定制生产的车间作业计划制定模型并给出相应的算法。通过作业优先级设置和工序时间平衡,达到在短时间内生成可用的作业计划。在此基础上,建立起相应的软件模块功能模型,描述了模块的基本功能。最后讨论了车间作业计划制定模型的局限性并给出了相应的解决方法。 Job shop scheduling is a complicated problem, especially for the manufacturing enterprises with a production mode of customization. In this paper, a job shop scheduling model based on customization was presented ac2 cordingto a prototype enterprise. The model can produce approximate and usable schedulers in short time through job priority setting and processing time balancing. The scheduling rule and algorithm was given out too. The softwaremodulewas developed and its functionswere referred in detail.The defects ofthemodelwere discussed and the solving methods were given out at last.
