摘要 本文主要介绍利用永磁体单元构建了一种螺旋磁场搅拌器,实现了永磁体在水平方向的旋转运动和竖直方向的垂直移动。通过超声波多普勒测速(UDV)的方法,研究了圆柱型和长方型容器内GaInSn合金的流动特征。圆柱容器内金属在水平方向形成旋转流动,长方型容器内金属则在垂直方向形成两个对称的环流,从而验证了两个方向磁场的搅拌效果。 A helical stin'er has been built of many permanent magnets which have been piled into a helix structure. The magnets couht whirl horizontally and move vertically at the same time.An ultrasonic Doppler velocimetry has been used to measure the flow characteristics of velocity of GaInSn alloy liquid in both cylindrical and euboidal cavities.A swirling flow in the horizontal plane has formed in the cylinder while two symmetrical circulation flow structures occurred in the other container of the liquid alloy which has demonstrated the stirring effect of two types of magnetic field.
