剖宫产时子宫肌瘤不同处理方式的临床分析 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产分娩时子宫肌瘤的处理方式。方法对63例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。对手术操作时间、术中失血量、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、恶露干净时间和产褥病率等指标进行比较。结果剖宫产同时予以子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术时间和术中出血量均明显高于单纯剖宫产手术组(P均<0.05),但2组间的肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、恶露干净时间和产褥病率比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论剖宫产术中同时处理子宫肌瘤是安全、可行的,但须注意围手术期管理的重要性。
