摘要
目的调查新疆地区不同年龄阶段维吾尔族人群的骨密度值(BMD)和骨质疏松(OP)检出率的变化。分析维吾尔族骨密度变化的规律及骨质疏松发生率与汉族的差异。方法采用韩国EXA-3000双能骨密度仪,测量861例20～89岁受试者左侧前臂尺桡骨远端骨密度值(BMD)。结果汉族、维吾尔族男性与女性骨峰值均发生在30～39岁年龄段,随受试者年龄增加,BMD测定值开始逐渐下降。同年龄组,同部位女性OP发病率明显高于男性(P<0.01)。但是无论男性、女性OP的检出率与年龄呈正相关;通过汉族与维吾尔族各年龄阶段、同性别间骨密度的比较,发现汉族骨密度值整体水平较吐鲁番地区维吾尔族骨密度值整体水平略偏高,女性50～59岁年龄段两组比较差异显著(P<0.01),其余各年龄段不同民族、同性之间比较,BMD测定值无显著差异。
Objective To investigate the bone mineral density （BMD） and the detection rate of osteoporosis （OP） in Uygur population at different ages in Xinjiang area, and to analyze the patterns of the changes of BMD in Uygur nationality and the variation of OP incidence compared with that in Han nationality. Methods BMD of the distal end of left ulnar and radius of 861 20-89-year-old patients was detected using a Korean EXA-3000 dual energy absorptiometry. Results The peak bone mass of males and females in both Han and Uygur nationality occurred at the age of 30-39 years old. BMD decreased gradually along with the increase of age. The incidence of OP in females, in the same group and same position, was significantly higher than that in males （P 〈0.01 ）. Whereas the detection rate of OP was positively correlated with age both in males and females. By comparing BMD of people in Hun and Uygur nationality at different ages in the same gender, it showed that the overall level of BMD in Hun nationality was slightly higher than that in Uygur nationality in Turpan area. BMD of women at the age of 50-59 years old in Han and Uygur nationality had significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） , but BMD of people in the other groups had no significant difference.
