瞬时波强度技术在心脏疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 心脏泵功能依赖其与脉管系统的相互作用。以前评价心功能往往单独评估心脏或脉管系统的压力变化。Parker等首先提出波强度(wave intensity,WI)这一概念,国内肖沪生等[1]将其命名为瞬时波强度。WI是研究心血管系统血流动力学及心脏与血管相互关系的新技术,通过检测循环系统中动脉内任意点的瞬时管径变化和瞬时平均血流流速变化来评估心血管系统的总体功能。
